Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Omar Ayub has asserted that his party seeks forgiveness only from God, not from any other entities.
Speaking to the media, he dismissed calls for apologies, stating that PTI has not committed any wrongful acts that would necessitate such gestures.
He also criticised political opponents and past administrations for the economic decline, claiming that they have misrepresented facts and failed to address economic issues effectively.
He accused various political figures, including General Bajwa, of driving the economy into a crisis, contrasting this with the economic improvements during Imran Khan’s tenure.
He further challenged the release of CCTV footage from the May 9 incident, suggesting that such evidence would reveal the truth.
Ayub claimed that during PTI’s governance, economic indicators were improving, contrasting with the current trend where people are reportedly queuing for passports to leave the country.
