Prince Harry surprised many by attending the memorial service of his late uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes, just days before the anniversary of Princess Diana's death. The emotional reunion with his maternal family left him "pleased," but the event did not bridge the gap between him and his brother, Prince William.

The brothers, who have been estranged for some time, sat apart during the service, each with different groups of their Spencer cousins. While Harry interacted warmly with many guests, including his aunts and uncle, there was no observed interaction between the two brothers.

This poignant event further highlighted Harry's strong ties with his mother's side of the family, particularly around the anniversary of her passing. He has previously been seen with the Spencers at significant events, notably the Invictus Games commemoration.

Despite reports suggesting Harry is exploring ways to reintegrate into the royal fold, this appearance seemingly did not lead to any reconciliation with William.
