Drowning: 2 bodies found from canals
Rescue 1122 rescuers searched for the body for several hours but were unable to locate the body.
SIALKOT:
A child drowned while playing near the bank of the Bambaanwala-Ravi-Badian canal on Friday. According to rescue officials, Imran Khan, 8, drowned in Bambaanwala-Ravi-Badian in Daska city. Reportedly, local labourer Jaabar Khan’s son Imran was playing near the banks of the canal when he fell in. Rescue 1122 rescuers searched for the body for several hours but were unable to locate the body. Meanwhile, the body of a local rickshaw drive Muhammad Shakeel’s missing son Mehtab Shakeel, 11, was fuond from Naullah Aik near Rangpura Sialkot city. The boy was student of sixth class and was missing for the last five days. Rangpura police are investigating the case.
