The investment rate in the country has reached its lowest level in history this year. According to sources, data approved by the National Accounts Committee reveals that the investment target for Pakistan was set at 15.1%, but it remained at 13.1%, marking the lowest level in Pakistan's history.

Previously, the lowest rate was recorded in the 1973-74 fiscal year at 13.2%. The desired outcomes in investment cannot be achieved without meeting all the country's economic targets and ensuring political stability.

The term "investment rate" refers to the percentage of a country's GDP that is being invested in various sectors of the economy.
