KHYBER AGENCY:

The Landikotal administration launched a crackdown against tinted vehicles, official sources said on Thursday.

Amid rumours of explosives laden vehicles, several levies teams conducted raids at various checkpoints as well as the Landikotal Bazaar and removed the black tapes from the vehicles.

Assistant political agent Iqbal Khattak said that the action was initiated to minimise terrorist activities being conducted through suspected cars. He said that several ‘anti-social incidents’ had been taking place by using these black windows cars.
