Eudy's son, Gunnar, shared the news on Facebook, expressing deep sadness over the loss of his father, who he described as a man of strength, kindness, and love. Eudy, also known by his ring names 'Sid Vicious' and 'Sid Justice,' was a towering figure in the wrestling world, standing 6-foot-9. He made his debut with WCW in 1989 and went on to become a six-time world champion, holding titles in both WWF (now WWE) and WCW.

The WWE's official website noted that Sid's career could have been even greater if not for a leg injury in 2001, stating that his accomplishments could have rivaled the best in WWE history. In a statement released after his death, a WWE spokesperson expressed sadness at Eudy's passing, highlighting his natural charisma, imposing presence, and significant influence on the wrestling industry.

Born in West Memphis, Arkansas, in 1960, Eudy headlined two WrestleManias and competed against legendary wrestlers like Shawn Michaels and Hulk Hogan.
