Over 20 suspects arrested in raids
Police arrested over 20 suspects in Hyderabad, seizing illegal weapons, drugs, and counterfeit currency raids.
Police have arrested more than 20 suspects and seized illegal weapons, hashish, illicit liquor, and Mainpuri in a series of raid over the past 48 hours. Two of the arrested suspects are said to be involved in counterfeiting currency.
According to a police spokesperson, the CIA Hyderabad, in collaboration with police from the Pinyari, Baldia, Sakhi Peer, and B-Section precincts, conducted several joint operations. As many as 1,710 manipuri pouches, 24 bottles of liquor, and 2 kilograms of hashish were recovered from their possession.
