Diploma Programme: Bioethics degree applications invited

KARACHI: The Centre of Biomedical Ethics and Culture of the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT) has invited applications for its one-year Postgraduate Diploma Programme for the 2012 session. The deadline is September 10. The academic year for the year-long programme in Biomedical Ethics will start in January. The programme has been running since 2006. The centre has also invited applications for its Masters in Bioethics (MBE) programme for the class of 2013. It was in 2010 that this two-year long programme was initiated. Details are available on the website www.siut.org/bioethics. SIUT may be able to offer free accommodation on a twin-sharing basis (subject to availability) to students from out of town.
