To ensure Trump’s safety during outdoor campaign events, the Secret Service has implemented the use of ballistic glass. This measure, typically reserved for sitting presidents and vice presidents, has been adopted due to the recent failed assassination attempt.
Unlike current presidents, Trump, as a former president and candidate, does not have access to military resources for transporting such protective equipment. Instead, the ballistic glass will be strategically placed around the country and managed by the agents responsible for its security.
