Beyoncé and Jay-Z were seen leaving ZZ's Club in New York City on Friday night, shortly after Jay-Z relaunched his 40/40 Club at Fanatics Fest. The power couple's appearance at the Hudson Yards members-only club came on the heels of the temporary recreation of the 40/40 Club at the Javits Center, which served as a preview for a full relaunch planned for next year.
According to Page Six, Jay-Z, 54, dressed casually in a black 40/40 Club sweatshirt, jeans, and Timberland boots, while Beyoncé, 42, sported a chic Western-inspired ensemble. She wore a dusty rose headscarf, fringed overcoat, and knee-high boots, complemented by a matching pink feathery purse and long blond braids. Beyoncé's outfit was in line with her recent Western-themed fashion associated with her latest album, "Cowboy Carter."
The exclusive pop-up event at Fanatics Fest reportedly cost $3 million to recreate and featured a mix of sports legends, moguls, and recording artists. Among the attendees were Julius Erving, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Robert Kraft, David Ortiz, Cam Newton, Ja Rule, and Tiffany Haddish. Travis Scott was also spotted at both the pop-up and ZZ's Club, leaving the latter around 10:30 p.m. ET.
Jay-Z's original 40/40 Club in Manhattan, which closed last year after two decades, is set for a full relaunch next year, according to sources. The Hudson Yards club, where the couple was seen, reportedly requires a $50,000 initiation fee for membership.
Beyoncé, who was not present at the 40/40 pop-up earlier, joined Jay-Z later at ZZ's Club, further fueling excitement around their public appearances amid ongoing speculation about their involvement in high-profile events.
