Rep. Lauren Boebert from Colorado recently showcased a vintage tattoo from the '90s in a photo posted on Instagram by Ginger Gaetz, wife of Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz.
The photo, featuring Boebert in a leopard-print bikini, highlights a thorn-patterned tattoo that covers the entire right side of her torso, resembling the barbed wire designs popularized by celebrities like Pamela Anderson from the "Baywatch" era.
The timing of the bikini photo is unclear, but it adds to a series of revealing images of conservative women that Ginger Gaetz has shared online. This follows the viral resurfacing of a 2016 video showing Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna in a MAGA swimsuit.
In response to the controversy over the old video, the 35-year-old congresswoman defended her past swimsuit photo, emphasizing her support for Donald Trump. She tweeted, “I’m confirming that I have indeed worn swimsuits and you can tell I am biologically a woman.” Boebert criticized Democrats for focusing on her past, suggesting they should address more important issues and criticizing their stance on transgender rights. She labeled their actions as "low IQ behavior" and dismissed their attempts to make an issue out of her past modeling photos.
In the days that followed, Ginger Gaetz continued to share similar swimsuit photos of other conservative figures, including political analyst Erin Elmore and Manhattan Republican Party Chair Andrea Catsimatidis.
