Ariana Madix has finally spoken out about Tom Sandoval’s shocking lawsuit.
During Tuesday's episode of "Watch What Happens Live," Andy Cohen asked the "Love Island USA" host about her ex-boyfriend's legal action against her in July.
The “Dancing With the Stars” alum, 39, said, “That was a really bad day.”
When Cohen, 56, speculated that her “bad days are over,” Madix laughed and replied, “That would be great.”
She was in a nearly decade-long relationship with Sandoval, 42, before it ended due to his months-long affair with fellow "Vanderpump Rules" cast member Rachel "Raquel" Leviss.
Madix discovered the affair when she found intimate videos of the former pageant queen, 29, on her then-boyfriend’s phone.
In February, Leviss filed a lawsuit against Madix and Sandoval for revenge porn, eavesdropping, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy, claims that both have denied.
However, Sandoval escalated the situation last month by suing Madix for accessing the explicit footage without his “authorization.” He later dropped the claim, saying he had been misled by his lawyer.
Cohen asked Madix on Tuesday whether she “believe[s] Sandoval’s statement that he had no intention of suing [her] and it was the doing of his lawyer.”
The reality star responded with an exaggerated shrug and softly said, "I don’t know."
Social media users commended the Bravolebrity for maintaining a “class act” despite her ex’s behavior, describing Madix as “gracious with her answers.”
One fan admired her “queen response” and commented, She don’t want that name uttered in her presence.”
Although Madix mostly stayed silent about the situation, her co-stars have shared their opinions.
Katie Maloney, for instance, mentioned on a “Disrespectfully” podcast episode last month that she doubted Sandoval was misled into the lawsuit, noting that he deactivated his Instagram beforehand.
