Pakistani players badly performed in the events of athletics, shooting and swimming at the Paris Olympics.

An 18-member contingent, including 7 players, is representing Pakistan in the Paris Olympics. They include Arshad Nadeem, Faiqa Riaz (athletes) and their coaches Salman Iqbal Butt and Dr Ali Bajwa; Ghulam Mustafa Bashir, Kishmala Talat and Gulfam Joseph (Shooting players) and their coaches Geenady and Junaid Ali; Ahmed Durrani and Jahanara (Swimmers) and their team official Ahmed Ali Khan; chef de mission Haji Mohammad Shafiq; deputy chef de mission Javaid Lodhi; Dr Misaq Rizvi and Zainab Shaukat (Admin).
