Body found in sack

MULTAN:

A 39-year-old man’s body was found in a sack in the Old Kotwali area.

The body had had marks of torture and his neck was tied with a rope.

The Old Kotwali police sent the body to the Nishter Hospital for post-mortem.

Police officials said the victim had been identified as Wajahat, who worked at a private hospital.

According to the police, the case appears to be of a murder over enmity.

They said an investigation to identify the murderers was under way.

The victim had three children. After the post-mortem, the body was handed over to the family.
