Christina Hall faces third divorce from husband Josh Hall after only 3 years of marriage

Christina Hall and her third husband, Josh Hall, are splitting up after three years of marriage.

According to court documents Josh initiated divorce proceedings in Orange County, California, on Monday.

The real estate agent cited irreconcilable differences as the grounds for their divorce, indicating they separated nearly a week ago on July 8th.

Interestingly, Christina, aged 41, recently shared with E! News that the key to her strong marriage with Josh was “being communicative.”

Josh is also requesting alimony from Christina and seeks to prevent the court from granting financial support from him to her, according to the filing.

He is requesting the court to divide their assets according to what each owned prior to their marriage in 2022.

The estranged couple seems not to have a prenuptial agreement, and since they have no children together, there is no custody dispute.

Insiders familiar with the situation informed TMZ that Christina also submitted divorce papers on Monday, though they have not yet been processed in the system.

Regarding their business ventures, Josh is pursuing sole rights to any HGTV and Discovery Network shows or specials they collaborated on during their marriage.

The former couple has a home makeover program scheduled for debut in 2025. Originally derived from Christina's previous series "Flip or Flop," which she co-hosted with her first ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa.
