"They should still be looked at and not treated as an open secret and swept under the rug," he added.

White also criticised the community's response, pointing out that Mongeau, despite her controversial reputation, deserves a fair hearing. "If this was any other YouTuber, the response would be completely different," White asserted, referencing the backlash Mongeau faced for coming forward. He noted, "People attacked her like she had just killed a puppy in front of them," highlighting the misogynistic comments directed at her. White called for Ko to address the situation publicly, remarking, "Cody Ko absolutely should come forward to explain all of it."
