Blake Lively had a humorous response to her husband Ryan Reynolds' latest Instagram selfie as he continues his press tour for the upcoming "Deadpool & Wolverine" film.
In an Instagram Stories post on Saturday, July 13, the "It Ends with Us" star, 36, playfully encouraged Reynolds, 47, with a light-hearted message. "Stop missing me on your press tour. Get out there and hustle boy," she wrote beneath the selfie, adding a playful twist: "(Which is girl code for don't ever stop missing me for a second)."
Reynolds had shared the selfie set to The National's song "Wasp Nest," prompting Lively's adorable response. The couple, known for their playful social media exchanges, delighted fans with this latest interaction.
Lively also humorously addressed the antics of Reynolds and his co-star Hugh Jackman during their press tour. Earlier this month, the duo was seen engaging in a playful water gun fight at the 2024 Water Bomb Festival in Seoul, South Korea. After Reynolds posted a video of their fun, Lively commented, “When he tells you he’s going to work and then you see him on MTV Spring Break.”
Adding to the fun, Lively suggested that the film be renamed “Boys Gone Wild: A Deadpool and Wolverine Story."
The press tour has seen Reynolds and Jackman, 55, traveling to major cities including London, Berlin, and Shanghai, China, promoting their highly anticipated film. Despite the busy schedule, Reynolds made sure to express his love and admiration for Lively on her birthday, sharing heartfelt messages on social media.
