Khloé Kardashian, 40, revealed on a recent episode of The Kardashians that she would have considered trying Ozempic during her weight loss journey if it had been available at the time.
Known for her openness about body image, Khloé shared her excitement about a new partnership with Fabletics, prompting reflections on her ups and downs with weight loss.
"When I was bigger, if they had Ozempic, I probably would have tried it. Because I tried any other thing," Khloé candidly admitted during the episode.
She emphasized the importance of sustainable lifestyle changes over quick fixes, describing her current fitness routine as circuit training with cardio intervals.
Khloé, known for her commitment to health advocacy, expressed her belief in balance: "I'm always spiking my heart rate up and down. For a shoot like that where I know I am going to be showing a lot of skin, I definitely work out much harder."
Despite her rigorous workouts, she humorously added, "And then I always celebrate with a full large pizza. Just cheese. I am a kid’s menu type of girl. But life is about balance."
The reality star highlighted her journey towards self-acceptance and health: "I really want to encourage healthiness. I am not about the number on a scale. I just think people should be active and I don’t really care what your size is. You should just be healthy and stronger for yourself."
Khloé's transparency extends beyond fitness to her experiences with public scrutiny and plastic surgery. Reflecting on her time on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, she shared, "When the show first started, I was very secure... And then during the first couple seasons, I became insecure because of the public opinions of myself."
Addressing rumors about cosmetic procedures, Khloé clarified, "For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant.' But I’ve had one nose job — Dr. Raj Kanodia — and everyone gets so upset, like, ‘Why don’t I talk about it?'"
Khloé Kardashian continues to share her journey on Hulu's The Kardashians, airing new episodes every Thursday.
