Leonardo DiCaprio, known for his role in "The Great Gatsby," was seen acting as a helpful presence during the holiday weekend in the Hamptons. He assisted a guest who had become intoxicated at a party hosted by his longtime friend and hospitality expert Richie Akiva on Saturday night.
“At one point Leo picked up a very drunk guy, and put him by a pole. The guy was literally falling over,” said a spy at the party at fintech mogul David Rosenberg’s Bridgehampton estate.
“Leo put out his hand on [the pole] so he wouldn’t fall and said, ‘Stay there.'”
We’re told the guy obeyed the star, and “stayed holding onto the pole.”
DiCaprio, aged 49, attended the event with his close friend Tobey Maguire. Meanwhile, his girlfriend, model Vittoria Ceretti, aged 26, is currently in Capri, Italy, filming a provocative advertising campaign for Dolce and Gabbana alongside actor Theo James.
“All the girls were surrounding Leo,” said a spy at the Hamptons party.
According to a source, DiCaprio and Ceretti remain in a relationship. They were spotted together last in May at a Rolling Stones concert.
Rapper ASAP Ferg entertained guests at the party held at a Hamptons estate, attended by Twitter founder Jack Dorsey, NBA star James Harden, Corey Gamble (Kris Jenner’s partner), and Sports Illustrated model Brooks Nader, who recently became single.
On Friday, DiCaprio, Maguire, and Akiva attended a gathering at Scott Weissman’s residence in East Hampton, hosted by Ambra Battilana Gutierrez, known for her role in exposing Harvey Weinstein, along with her friend Lizzy Aiello.
