Recently, engagement rumors sparked when Gaga was spotted wearing a large diamond ring in April 2024, hinting at a potential future step forward in their relationship.

Polansky and Gaga made their relationship "Instagram official" after their romantic getaway in Miami. The singer shared a photo of them on a boat with a heartfelt caption, revealing their happiness together.

A Harvard University graduate with a degree in applied mathematics and computer science, Polansky is a successful businessman and entrepreneur. He co-founded the Parker Foundation in 2015 alongside Sean Parker, focusing on global public health, life sciences, and civic engagement. He has served as its executive director for over a decade.

Polansky shares Gaga's passion for charitable work. He is actively involved as a board member of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, supporting advancements in cancer treatment research. 

Together, they have collaborated on charitable initiatives, including organizing the One World: Together at Home concert.

Prior to dating Gaga, Polansky was in a long-term relationship with New York Times senior staff editor Lindsay Crouse. Despite their past, Crouse has publicly supported Polansky's relationship with Gaga.

Polansky has been a pillar of support for Gaga through both joyous and challenging times. He was by her side during her emotional performance at President Joe Biden's inauguration and offered comfort when her dogs were stolen in a highly publicized incident.
