Khloé Kardashian to launch new fragrance, reflects on solo venture

Khloé Kardashian, entrepreneur and reality television star, is gearing up to re-enter the fragrance market with a new perfume slated for release later this year.

Known for her previous fragrance endeavors, including collaborations with her ex-husband Lamar Odom and her sisters, Kardashian revealed that creating a perfume on her own presented new challenges.

"I have done fragrances before, but the pressure’s on me now," she admitted, reflecting on her past contributions to her sister Kim Kardashian's now-defunct KKW Beauty brand.

The process of developing her upcoming scent has been a meticulous one for Kardashian, who disclosed that she has been testing various fragrances for months.

 "It's a scary process because fragrance is so personal," she shared with the magazine. Despite the nerves, Kardashian is optimistic about the outcome, aiming for a December launch if all goes according to plan.

"I think I’m coming up with something really beautiful," Kardashian remarked, emphasizing her dedication to perfectionism in crafting a scent that captures her vision.

 She acknowledged the weight of the endeavor, noting, "It’s a lot on my shoulders."

In the Kardashian-Jenner family, fragrance ventures are not unfamiliar territory. Kim Kardashian established her own successful KKW Fragrance line, while younger sister Kylie Jenner introduced her scent, Cosmic, earlier this year. 

Reflecting on her evolution since her previous fragrance ventures, Kardashian told WWD in December, "I’m in such a different place now. I’m older. I’m wiser."

While details about the new fragrance remain under wraps, Kardashian hinted at her preference for classic scents that captivate.

 With her past creations featuring notes ranging from floral bouquets to unisex blends, fans are eager to see what Kardashian has in store with her latest olfactory offering.
