Bohra community leader arrives in Karachi
The Bohra community’s spiritual leader Dr Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin arrived in Karachi on Thursday. Syedna was received by Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori, Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and other high-ranking officials along with senior members of the community in Karachi.
Following an invitation extended by Government of Pakistan and the local Dawoodi Bohra community, Syedna has chosen Karachi to host the Ashara Mubaraka congregations this year.
Over 80,000 Dawoodi Bohras from Pakistan and around the world are expected to attend the event and benefit from the sermons and discourses.
