Sharjeel reviews progress on Yellow Line, Red Line projects

Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon chaired separate high-level meetings on Wednesday to oversee the progress of the Yellow Line BRT and Red Line BRT projects. The discussions focused on accelerating ongoing efforts on Lot One and Lot Two of the Red Line, as well as Biogas and Depot developments.

During the meetings, Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon stressed the urgency of completing these projects on time, highlighting them as top priorities for the Sindh government. He directed officials to expedite the construction work on Lot One and Lot Two of the Red Line, Biogas, and Depot areas, urging round-the-clock work.

He also stressed the importance of maintaining high-quality standards without any compromise. He asked for daily progress reports from all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the BRT projects. He said that any causes of delay in the Yellow Line BRT work must be identified and rectified.

The senior minister reiterated the government's commitment to ensuring the early operationalisation of BRT systems for the benefit of the public.
