"Hawk Tuah" girl Hailey Welch has transitioned from an internet sensation to a country music stage performer.
Welch initially gained viral fame after a brief clip of her answering a provocative question on Tim & Dee TV went viral on 11 June. In the clip, she humorously described a move she claimed "makes a man go crazy every time," coining the memorable phrase: "You gotta give ’em that ‘hawk tuah’ and spit on that thang." This phrase catapulted her to internet stardom, catching the attention of personalities like Joe Rogan.
Recently, Welch achieved another milestone by performing on stage with country music singer Zach Bryan during the NASHCAR festival in Nashville. Videos shared by festival-goers show Welch, donned in a tan cowboy hat and white top, singing alongside Bryan to his hit song "Revival." Her performance was met with enthusiastic applause from the audience, and fans praised Bryan's decision to bring Welch on stage, solidifying her status as a multifaceted entertainer.

Capitalising on her newfound fame, Welch launched a successful line of merchandise featuring her catchphrase. The Tennessee-based embroidery and apparel brand Fathead Threads, managed by Jason Poteete, is the exclusive vendor of her officially licensed products, including t-shirts, bags, and hats. Reports suggest she has earned around $65,000 from this venture.
