Taylor Swift handles stage malfunction during Dublin concert

Taylor Swift experienced an unexpected stage malfunction during her second Eras Tour concert in Dublin on Saturday, June 29th. While singing "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived," the stage failed to lower her back down as planned. However, Swift's backup dancer, Jan Ravnik, quickly came to her rescue, fireman-carrying her off the malfunctioning set.

Swift, unfazed by the incident, continued the song without missing a beat, showcasing her professionalism and dedication to her fans.

Earlier in the concert, Swift shared her admiration for Ireland's rich storytelling tradition, stating that her 2020 Grammy-winning album "Folklore" belongs in Ireland due to its similar themes and characters. She also revealed that the country served as inspiration for the album's imaginary world.

Swift's acoustic setlist also paid homage to Ireland, featuring mashups of songs with Irish connections. She will perform a third concert in Dublin before continuing her European tour and returning to London and North America later this year.
