Blood Brothers: Man admits to killing brother’s family

RAHIM YAR KHAN: The recent killing of seven people in Rahim Yar Khan’s Sadiqabad tehsil has been resolved. According to police officials, the murderers were relatives of the deceased. A total of seven bodies were found near degree college road on Tuesday. Among those killed were Muhammad Sadiq Qasai, his wife, two daughters, a son and two grandchildren. Resident Police Officer (RPO) Abid Qadri said that deceased Sadiq’s brother Abdul Khaliq revealed that he, his son Ghulam Abbas, brother Muhammad Tariq, nephew Shehryar, sister- in-law Tahira and two unidentified people were involved in the killing. He told police that Tahira had drugged the family and their throats had been slit before their bodies were thrown on the roof.
