Camila Cabello is offering fans a glimpse into the "sensual" world of her upcoming album 'C, XOXO' with the release of her new track "Chanel No. 5."

The song dropped on Friday, June 20, a week ahead of her album's official release on June 28.

“The world of C, XOXO is a very sensual one, and in the root meaning sense of that word. Sensual meaning ‘of the senses’ – taste, touch, sight, smell, sound,” Cabello wrote on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter. “I wanted you to be in the sensory world I was in when I wrote it.”

"Chanel No. 5" is described as a hyperpop ballad and a “gift to you,” her fans. Cabello also mentioned in her post that a video accompanying the song is on its way.

She also shared some lyrics from the track: “Red chipped nails is our way of wabi-sabi/Being tongue-tied is also shibari/We’re subtle and complex like the taste of umami/Magic and real like a Murakami novel.”

The accompanying tweet featured a video of Cabello performing an interpretative dance, with images of a cobra flashing on the screen over piano notes that are prominent in the song.

“Chanel No. 5” is the third single from 'C, XOXO,' following “I Luv It,” which premiered at Coachella alongside Lana Del Rey, and “He Knows” featuring Lil Nas X.

The album, co-produced by El Guincho and Jasper Harris, will also include collaborations with Drake, City Girls, and standout tracks like “Dade County Dreaming” and “Dream-Girls.”

“This is the best project I’ve ever made, and I have never been so proud of a body of work. It’s just such a world,” Cabello shared in an interview with Rolling Stone last month. “My favorite albums are when I really get to live in a lyric or live in an aesthetic of an album.”

“She is really a complicated, exciting girl, C, XOXO. She really is,” she added.
