Jessica Biel spotted filming following Justin Timberlake DWI arrest

Actress continues filming 'The Better Sister' in New York City while her husband deals with recent DWI arrest.

Jessica Biel remains focused on her work despite her husband Justin Timberlake's recent DWI arrest.

The actress was seen filming her new Prime Video series, 'The Better Sister,' in New York City on Tuesday, appearing unaffected by Timberlake's legal troubles in Sag Harbor, a few hours away.

Biel was in costume, wearing a black and tan dress, and sporting a bob haircut. Married to Timberlake since 2012, she smiled while waiting for her scene. Later, she was photographed with a serious expression, likely concentrating on her role in the crime thriller.

According to TMZ, Timberlake was arrested on Monday night after running a stop sign and swerving on the road. He was pulled over near the American Hotel, where he had spent the evening with friends. Despite refusing a breathalyser test, police noted his bloodshot eyes, alcohol odour, and slurred speech. He was arrested and spent the night in jail before being released without bail on Tuesday morning.

Jessica and Justin have not commented on the incident and TMZ reports that Timberlake is expected in court on July 26 and continues his "Forget Tomorrow" world tour, with upcoming shows in Chicago as scheduled.
