Billy Ray Cyrus has accused his estranged wife, Firerose, of attempting to "isolate" him from his family by blocking communication with at least one of his daughters.
On Monday, June 17, Cyrus, 62, submitted an amended complaint to his initial annulment and divorce filing from May 23. The updated complaint was filed in Williamson County, Tennessee.
According to the complaint obtained by PEOPLE, Cyrus claims he found out Firerose, 36, "had been conducting a campaign to isolate" him from his family since the original filing in May.
Per the complaint, Cyrus "discovered that the Defendant [Firerose], unknowingly to Plaintiff [Cyrus], blocked at least one (1) of his daughters from being able to contact him on his phone(s) or electronic devices."
Cyrus shares two daughters, Miley, 31, and Noah, 24, with his ex-wife Tish. He also adopted Brandi, 37, Tish's daughter from a previous relationship. The document does not specify which daughter Firerose allegedly tried to isolate Cyrus from.
Additionally, the complaint alleges Firerose lied about her marital history, falsely claimed her last name, and is attempting to leverage the Cyrus name to advance her career. Cyrus also accused Firerose of making 37 unauthorized charges on his business credit card, totaling nearly $97,000, after he filed for divorce on May 23.
