On June 16, streamer Sneako was involved in an altercation with a security guard at an AFPAC event in Detroit, resulting in one of his teeth being broken. The incident occurred when tensions escalated between the security guard and the crowd. Various clips on social media showed the guard shouting at attendees to stop filming him. As the situation intensified, Sneako flipped off the guard’s hat, prompting the guard to jump into the crowd and punch Sneako, breaking his tooth.
Following the incident, Sneako was seen outside showing the damage. In a video, a person filming him said, “Smile for me, man. This was the security guard at this event.” Sneako responded, “The guy that shut off the speech to go play his music, I just got rocked in the face. But I’m a non-violent person.” Another individual in the video suggested pressing charges, saying, “Yeah, man, we’ll take you through the legal necessary ways we’ve got to do”
Sneako later posted on his X (formerly Twitter) account, stating, “Security guard sabotaged the event and turned off the mic. He started playing music and taunting the guests. He punched me and fell over. Chipped tooth. No big deal.” Despite claims that Sneako filed a police report, this has not been confirmed at the time of writing.
