Streaming service Netflix unveiled a trailer for the second half of Bridgerton season 3. The trailer focuses on the upcoming wedding between Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton).
A key point of tension is whether Penelope's secret identity as Lady Whistledown, the gossip columnist who has stirred up trouble in past seasons, will be revealed to Colin. The trailer shows Eloise Bridgerton (Claudia Jessie), who has known the truth since season 2, making a toast at a ball: "Truly knowing each other completely," hinting at a potential conflict.
Part 1 of season 3 saw Colin coaching Penelope in her search for a husband. However, their dynamic shifted after a steamy scene, leading to Colin's proposal. It remains unclear if Eloise will expose Penelope's secret, potentially jeopardizing the upcoming wedding.
Bridgerton season 3 was released in two parts. The first four-episode part debuted May 16 and according to Netflix, garnered over 41 million views in the first four days. The second part, also consisting of four episodes, will be released on June 13.
