Jung Kook, the beloved member of BTS, is set to release a new single titled "Never Let Go," much to the excitement of fans worldwide.

The announcement came on Sunday, June 2, revealing that the track will drop on June 7 via Weverse and BTS' official social media channels.

According to HYBE, “Never Let Go” is dedicated to BTS fans, ARMY, conveying a heartfelt message of unity and support.

This new single marks Jung Kook’s first solo release since his 2023 debut album, Golden, which secured the No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

The announcement comes just a day after BTS disclosed plans for their 2024 FESTA celebration. This year's event, scheduled for June 13 at the Seoul Sports Complex, will commemorate the K-pop group's 11th anniversary.

Notably, the FESTA will feature an official appearance by BTS member Jin, following the completion of his mandatory military service.

The celebration will include various activities, such as a sketch diary to honor BTS' incredible journey.

As per South Korean law, all able-bodied men must complete 18 months of military service by the age of 28.

Jung Kook and his fellow BTS members—Jin, RM, SUGA, J-Hope, Jimin, and V—are currently fulfilling their military obligations.

Despite their service, some members have pursued solo projects, with the group planning to reunite for band activities in 2025.

Fans eagerly anticipate the upcoming release of "Never Let Go" and the festivities of BTS' 2024 FESTA, celebrating the enduring legacy and bond of the global superstars.
