Kourtney Kardashian, at 45, is not letting the demands of motherhood slow her down.
The reality star and mother of four shared a video on Instagram this Sunday, June 2, showcasing her unique way of combining childcare with exercise.
The video featured Kourtney walking her six-month-old son, Rocky, in a pram next to a luxurious grey vehicle driven by her sister, Kim Kardashian, 43.
Set to Smokey Robinson’s “Cruisin’,” Kourtney humorously captioned the Instagram Story, “How me and @kimkardashian go on walks together … with her window down a little walk and talk.”
This solution to staying active while caring for her newborn follows a tender post just two days prior, where Kourtney shared a snapshot of Rocky's tiny foot.
The Kardashians star is married to musician Travis Barker and has openly shared her parenting joys and challenges on social media.
Recently, she responded to a fan's query about handling a baby who prefers being held for naps, saying, “Enjoy every second! We do the same. He’s never been in his crib. It’s my favorite thing in the world.”
Kourtney has been candid about her fertility journey, revealing on May 27 that she experienced five “failed IVF cycles” and three egg retrievals before naturally conceiving Rocky.
In a supportive message to a fan undergoing IVF, she shared, “I stopped after a year of trying... my body relaxed and I believed in God’s plan for my life. Lots of prayers for whatever was meant to be for us. Also lots of optimizing my health.”
Clarifying further, she added that Rocky was conceived naturally, a year after ceasing IVF treatments, emphasizing, “I got pregnant 100% naturally... NOT through IVF… one year after stopping IVF actually. Through God’s blessing, on Valentine’s Day.”
Kourtney’s journey also included a harrowing experience with fetal surgery just months before Rocky's birth in November 2023.
She expressed profound gratitude towards her medical team and her family for their support during this critical time, stating, “I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock.”
