Following the cancellation of a concert in Marseille due to vocal problems, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have postponed three additional European shows in Prague and Milan under doctor's orders.
The iconic musician shared the news on Instagram on Sunday, revealing that further medical consultation has advised him against performing for the next 10 days. The affected concerts include a show at Airport Letnany in Prague on Tuesday (May 28) and two shows at San Siro Stadium in Milan on Saturday (June 1) and Monday (June 3).
Springsteen assured fans that new dates for the postponed shows would be announced soon and that he is "recuperating comfortably." The European tour is expected to resume on June 12 in Madrid.
This is not the first time Springsteen has faced health challenges on tour. Last fall, he postponed all 2023 tour dates due to peptic ulcer disease, from which he is still recovering. He had also previously postponed and cancelled several dates due to other health concerns.
