Lizzo reacts to South Park parodying her as diet drug

Lizzo, the Grammy-winning artist known for her body positivity advocacy, recently had her "worst fear" realised when she was featured in a South Park episode. In the episode, titled "South Park: The End of Obesity," a parody weight loss drug called "Lizzo" is introduced as an alternative to Ozempic.

The singer reacted to the episode with a "blind duet" on TikTok, exclaiming, "Guys, my worst fear has been actualized. I’ve been referenced in a South Park episode."

In the episode, characters discuss using "Lizzo" to control cravings and lower standards, while a parody commercial claims it allows users to eat whatever they want and not care about their weight. Lizzo's reaction video captures her shock and amusement as she watches the episode for the first time.

Despite her initial surprise, Lizzo ultimately embraced the parody, stating, "I just feel like damn, I’m really that b----. I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f---... and I’m gonna keep on showing you how to not give a f---." She even ended her video with her own rendition of the fictional drug's jingle.
