On May 25, Taylor Swift captivated fans during her second performance in Lisbon, Portugal, as part of her Eras Tour. The pop superstar, 34, expressed her excitement and gratitude, describing the experience as "an absolute dream."

In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), Swift, standing center stage, remarked, "I’ve just never seen a crowd like this in my life." She shared her regret over not bringing her previous tours to Lisbon, stating, “During the course of those tours... we made so many fun memories, but the one thing that I wish I would have done differently is I wish I could have brought every one of those tours to come see you in Lisbon.”

Swift explained that the Eras Tour was designed to encapsulate her favorite memories from past tours, allowing her to share them with the audience in one show. "That's why I think I’m having this much fun with you on this tour," she said, amid enthusiastic cheers from the crowd.

Swift also praised the audience for their energy and engagement, saying, “I have to say. I’ve just never seen a crowd like this in my life... There have been moments in this show already where I forget what I’m supposed to do next or what I’m supposed to say because I’m just so distracted by how much fun you’re having.”

Reflecting on the connection she felt with the audience, Swift added, “You’re just so in the moment and I cannot tell you how special that is for us as performers to get to look out and make eye contact with you and connect with you in this way.” Before performing the 10-minute version of "All Too Well," she remarked on the special nature of the night, saying, "There is, before I start crying, one song that I want to play you from the Red album if you happen to have about ten minutes to spare. Do you have ten minutes?"

Swift's performances in Lisbon on May 24 and 25 marked her first and second shows ever in Portugal. During her first show, she surprised fans by speaking Portuguese, saying "Muito obrigada," which translates to "thank you very much" in English. According to videos posted on social media, she also addressed security in Portuguese to assist fans in the crowd.

At the May 24 concert, Swift performed a surprise acoustic guitar mashup of "The Tortured Poets Department" from her new album and "Now That We Don’t Talk" from the 1989 (Taylor’s Version) vault  .
