Chris Pratt has spoken about his wife’s “obsession” with Usher.
During a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Pratt commented on his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger being a die-hard fan of R&B superstar Usher.
Promoting his new movie ‘The Garfield Movie,’ Pratt jokingly confessed his wife's “obsession” with Usher's music.
The actor delivered a lighthearted message directly to the R&B musician: “Usher, be good to her.”
“She knows every word of his songs,” he added.
This isn't the first time Pratt has spoken about his wife's musical taste. In a past interview, he recalled a road trip where he discovered Schwarzenegger's impressive knowledge of Usher's lyrics.
While Pratt might have some competition in the music department, family time seems to be a priority. The actor excitedly shared his plans to show "The Garfield Movie" to their children, Lyla and Eloise.
Pratt and Schwarzenegger married in 2019 and have two daughters together. Pratt also shares an 11-year-old son, Jack, with his ex-wife Anna Faris.
Usher seems to hold a special place in Katherine Schwarzenegger's heart, so much so that her husband Chris Pratt jokingly called him her “hall pass” in a recent interview.
“I can't blame her,” the 'Garfield' voice actor said of his wife's love for the 'U Got It Bad' singer.
Katherine's devotion to Usher goes beyond just casual listening. In February, during Usher's Super Bowl 2024 halftime show, a video posted by Pratt to Instagram captured Katherine excitedly dancing and singing along to the R&B legend's performance from home.
Throughout the show, Katherine belted out lyrics and even playfully acknowledged a suggestive lyric from Usher's song ‘U Don't Have to Call’ with a funny reaction for Pratt's camera.
The couple, who tied the knot in June 2019, share daughters Lyla, 3, and Eloise, 2. Last month, Katherine's father Arnold Schwarzenegger expressed his approval of their relationship during an appearance on the podcast ‘New Heights.’
‘The Garfield Movie’ hits theaters today, May 24.
