Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are taking their romance to the next level, with reports suggesting the A-list couple is house hunting in Italy's idyllic Lake Como.
The news comes after the pair were spotted enjoying a romantic getaway on the lake during a break in Swift's ‘Eras Tour.’
According to a well-placed source who spoke to The U.S. Sun, the Italian escape left a lasting impression on both Swift and Kelce.
The source revealed that Swift loved Lake Como as a destination, but that Kelce was “mesmerized” and “fell in love with the beauty and atmosphere.”
“I have rarely seen him like this,” the source added about Kelce.
This newfound love for Lake Como has translated into a serious property search. The insider also shared that Kelce took the singer on a three-property tour.
“It’s such a beautiful place, very peaceful, very romantic, a very nice gateway during her intense Euro part of the tour,” the source confirmed.
“They also took a bit of time to look into real estate, as many celebrities own houses and properties there.”
The options on their radar are all located in charming villages around the lake and boast breathtaking views and luxurious amenities.
One potential contender is a stunning 5,381-square-foot villa in the village of Bellagio. Built in 1800, the property boasts “a splendid lake view” and offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern convenience.
The realtor's description mentions a “violin room,” perfect for Swift to create new music, and a “wonderful-looking wine cellar carved out of rock,” ideal for intimate evenings.
Another property catching their eye is Villa Croce in Menaggio. This 7,212-square-foot villa offers a more contemporary feel and boasts “timeless elegance and beauty,” according to the real estate website.
While it comes in at a slightly lower price point than the Bellagio villa, it lacks the secluded charm of the other option.
The final contender is the most expensive of the three, priced at a cool $7.4 million. However, this exclusivity comes with a unique perk: accessibility solely by boat.
“The journey itself becomes a prelude to the tranquility that awaits, creating an atmosphere of anticipation and wonder,” reads the official description, highlighting the ultimate privacy this property offers.
While the couple hasn't confirmed their plans publicly, the source close to the Kelce family hinted at their desire for a quiet escape.
“They like to do simple things, to relax, to spend days being by themselves and chill at home, so that location would be a perfect nest for them if one of them decides to buy a property there.”
