Meghan Markle has no qualms about being extremely wealthy and socializing with celebrities, as she is perceived to be primarily motivated by financial gain, according to a royal expert.

Upon their departure from the Royal Family, the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry announced their intention to achieve financial independence.

Since then, they have entered into exclusive agreements with companies such as Netflix and Penguin Random House to increase their wealth.

Despite these lucrative partnerships, royal author Tom Quinn has suggested that Meghan is concerned that they may never have "enough" money.

He also argues that it appears hypocritical for the former Suits star to accumulate significant wealth while claiming to advocate for marginalized communities.

Speaking to The Mirror, Tom said, "She [Meghan] cannot see any problem with being super rich and mixing with celebrities while telling people her real focus is the poor and the marginalised. One former friend of the couple insists Meghan wants to be both Marie Antoinette and Mother Teresa of Calcutta!

"A big problem for Meghan is that she often seems almost obsessively driven by money. Despite the couple's enormous wealth, Meghan never thinks it's enough because she is living next door to celebrities who are far richer."

After leaving the Royal Family, Meghan and Harry relocated to Montecito, California, where they purchased a $14.6 million, nine-bedroom mansion.

The couple prioritize security for themselves and their children, reportedly spending $2 million annually for protection.

Additionally, the couple covers their private travel expenses, and Meghan indulges in luxury fashion, owning several high-end designer pieces.
