Billie Eilish’s superfans were treated to a surprise encounter with their idol during an exclusive listening party for her new album, ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft.’

BBC Radio 1 shared a heartwarming video on social media showcasing three young fans – Laura, Bower, and Grace – visibly moved by the music when Eilish herself popped up on a video call. The surprise sparked screams, excited reactions, and even happy tears.

“I can't even explain how much I love everything you do,” gushed Grace, clearly overwhelmed by the experience. Laura echoed the sentiment, telling Eilish, “You saved my life!”

The fans also revealed their favorite tracks from the album as ‘Lunch’ and the new single, ‘Chihiro.’

Fans online are speculating that the nine-time Grammy winner’s blue-themed 10-track release will be followed by an additional red-themed section of new songs in a move similar to Swift’s recent ‘double album’ release.

On the vinyl version of the album, the singer left a subtle message at the end hinting at another potential upcoming release, “But when can I hear the next one.”
