Investiture ceremonies of Lahore Corps and Peshawar Crops were held on Tuesday, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
Corps Commanders, Lieutenant General Syed Aamer Raza and Lieutenant General Hassan Azhar Hayat were the chief guests on the occasion.
ISPR said that awards of Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military), Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Military), and Tamgha-e-Basalat were conferred on army officers and soldiers during the ceremony in Lahore.
25 officers were awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military), 27 officers were awarded Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Military), and 18 martyred soldiers were awarded Tamgha-e-Basalat. Medals of martyrs were received by their family members.

During the ceremony in Peshawar, the next of kin of four Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and 29 soldiers received Tamgha-e-Basalat on behalf of the martyrs.
ISPR said that five officers were awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military) and 15 officers were awarded Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Military) for rendering meritorious services to the nation.
A large number of senior army officers and families of awardees attended both ceremonies.
