Suhana to reportedly star alongside Shah Rukh in INR2 billion action film

With an impressive budget of INR2 billion, King is being developed by Red Chillies Entertainment and is currently in the rigourous stages of pre-production, Times of India reported. Sources close to Bollywood Hungama reported that King is envisioned as a revolutionary action extravaganza. The film aims to blend real action with cutting-edge VFX, a synthesis made possible by enlisting the expertise of top international stunt coordinators. This global collaboration seeks to craft an unparalleled action thriller that promises to captivate both Indian and international audiences.

The production is slated to begin in May and will span over five months, with the premiere planned for the latter half of 2025. This project not only serves as a significant comeback for Shah Rukh after his last appearance in Dunki but also introduces Suhana in a major role, following her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar's The Archies, which premiered on OTT platforms and ignited lively discussions about her performance.
