Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's whirlwind romance continues to spark fan interest.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's whirlwind romance has been the source of much speculation in recent months. 

The couple was last seen together in Australia during Swift's Eras tour, after which Kelce returned to Philadelphia to support his brother Jason's retirement announcement.

While Swift was performing in Singapore and Kelce noticeably absent from the first few shows, fans started questioning the status of their relationship. Until a source revealed that they are vacationing in the Bahamas so rest assured they are still very much together.

Here is a timeline of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship so far:

July 8th 2023: Travis attends the “Eras Tour” show in Kansas

When he was seen at the Arrowhead Stadium concert, This was the first time the two were publicly connected, sparking interest.


 

July 26th 2023: Kelce tries asking her out but fails 

Travis revealed in his New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce podcast that he had made a friendship bracelet for Taylor with his number. But he could not give it to her personally.  

“She doesn’t meet anybody, or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personal,” he joked.

September 14th 2023: Swift attends Kelce’s games

Taylor's attendance at several of Kelce's games in September 2023 ignited speculation that the Kansas City Chiefs football player and the pop star might be dating.

September 21st 2023: Travis “threw the ball in her court”

During an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce addressed the dating rumours with Taylor Swift. 

He revealed that he invited  Swift to watch him play, saying, "I've seen you rock the stage in Arrowhead, now you might have to watch me do my thing." He hinted at potential future developments.

Kelce also expressed amusement at the media frenzy surrounding their potential relationship. "It's crazy how much attention this has gotten," he said. "Right now, it feels like that old game of 'Telephone', where rumours get twisted along the way."

September 24th 2023: Taylor cheers for Travis along his mother at a game

Swift was seen attending another match of the Kansas City Chiefs but this time, she was cheering him on alongside Travis Kelce’s mother. 

Fans noticed that after the game, the two left together. Swift was seen wearing Kansas City Chiefs gear, and Kelce's blue and white denim outfit appeared to be a nod to her "1989" album.

 

September 27th 2023: Travis Kelce Hints at a Future with Taylor Swift on Podcast

On his weekly podcast, "New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce," Travis Kelce opened up about his weekend with Taylor Swift. "Life's good right now, and this weekend was definitely a highlight," he said.

He praised Swift for attending the game, calling it a "bold move" and expressing how excited he was to have her in his suite for the thrilling match.

October 1st 2023: Taylor Swift continues to show her support for Travis Kelce 

She attended his game against the New York Jets. This time, she brought along famous friends Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds to cheer him on from MetLife Stadium, near her New York City residence.

Building excitement for the Kansas City Chiefs vs. New York Jets matchup, TODAY released a special ad featuring Taylor Swift's hit song "Welcome to New York."

 

Oct. 12th 2023: Swift Makes it a Hat Trick

Fresh off the star-studded Los Angeles premiere of "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour", the pop sensation jetted back to Kansas City for Travis Kelce's Thursday Night Football showdown against the Denver Broncos. 

Swift continued her support in style, joining Donna Kelce in the family suite and rocking a vintage Chiefs windbreaker, black miniskirt, and heeled boots.

October 14th 2023: Swift and Kelce Ignite Romance Rumors with SNL Appearance and PDA

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce surprised fans with appearances on SNL on October 14th.  Swift introduced musical guest Ice Spice, while Kelce participated in a hilarious NFL-themed skit.

The real buzz came afterwards! The two were photographed holding hands while heading to the SNL afterparty at Catch Steak in NYC.  A source told PEOPLE, "Taylor and Travis were inseparable all night, looking very happy and affectionate with each other."  The source added, "They seemed super comfortable, very cuddly, and he was a total gentleman."

October 15th 2023: Swift and Kelce's Romance Heats Up in NYC

The night after their SNL cameos, the pair continued their NYC rendezvous with a dinner date at the Waverly Inn. They were seen holding hands, with Swift sporting boots that hinted at her Reputation era, fueling further speculation about their relationship.

October 22nd 2023: Swift Continues Her Chiefs Streak

After hitting a pregame party, Taylor Swift was back in the stands at Arrowhead Stadium to cheer on Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs against the Los Angeles Chargers.  Sporting vintage Chiefs red and a friendship bracelet with Kelce's number, the singer was visibly excited.

Swift shared the box with Brittany Mahomes, and the two were even seen doing a playful secret handshake after a big play.  Following the game, Swift and Kelce were spotted holding hands as they left the stadium.

October 23rd 2023: Photo Confirms Swift and Kelce's Romance

A photo posted by Chariah Gordon, girlfriend of Kelce's teammate Mecole Hardman Jr., offers a glimpse into the blossoming relationship between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. The image, seemingly taken at Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium, shows Swift sweetly kissing Kelce on the cheek, finalising the dating rumours.




October 24th 2023: Taylor Swift Wins Over Travis Kelce's Dad

It seems Taylor Swift has another member of the Kelce family cheering her on! Travis's father, Ed Kelce, shared his positive impressions of the singer with People, describing her as "very sweet, charming, and down-to-earth."  He praised her intelligence and shared a heartwarming detail that made a lasting impression.

"We were in the suite, and I saw her get up to leave. Instead of leaving her mess for someone else, she started cleaning up empty bottles and plates.  I thought, 'This girl doesn't have a diva bone in her body.'"

October 30th 2023: Kelce's Swift Support, Rumors of "Serious" Romance

The Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce buzz continues! Not only did Kelce show love by dancing to two of her songs, but an unnamed source tells People the relationship is "quickly turning more serious." They supposedly share a strong work ethic, family values, and a deep appreciation for life.

November 10th 2023: Swift and Kelce Continue Global Romance in Argentina

Despite her postponed concert, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce turned the weather-related setback into a date night in Buenos Aires.  The two were spotted dining at Elena, a restaurant within the Four Seasons Hotel. Swift and Kelce, who seemed to be joined by Swift's father, were photographed leaving the restaurant hand-in-hand.

November 20th 2023: Travis Kelce Sheds Light on Swift Romance

In a revealing interview with the Wall Street Journal, Travis Kelce opened up about his relationship with Taylor Swift. He explained that Swift reached out after someone on her team (or possibly a family member) brought him to her attention.  Kelce also disclosed that they had already been in contact for some time before their first in-person meeting in New York, adding a new layer to their budding romance story.

December 1st 2023: Swift and Kelce Rock Matching Squirrel Sweaters, Fueling Fan Frenzy

Taylor Swift, queen of the Easter egg, seems to have taken inspiration from an old Travis Kelce tweet for their holiday party attire. The couple reportedly donned matching squirrel sweaters at the Kansas City Chiefs holiday bash on December 1st.  A grainy photo confirms Swift's participation, and fans are convinced Kelce sported a matching one. The quirky choice is both adorable and a playful nod to their inside joke, further igniting fan excitement about their relationship.

December 6th 2023: Swift Sets the Record Straight on Kelce Romance Timeline

Taylor Swift clarified the timeline of her relationship with Travis Kelce in her Time interview.  Contrary to some speculation, she revealed that they began hanging out shortly after Kelce's podcast mention of her in late July 2023. 

The pair were officially dating by the time of Swift's much-discussed appearance at his September home game.

December 25th 2023: Swift Celebrates Christmas with the Kelce Family

Taylor Swift joined Travis Kelce and his family for Christmas festivities in Kansas City. The singer, her parents, and brother cheered Kelce on during the Chiefs-Raiders game at Arrowhead Stadium.

January 21st 2024: Kelce Gives a Swift Shout-Out After Touchdown

During their game against the Buffalo Bills, Travis Kelce nabbed two touchdowns from teammate Patrick Mahomes. 

After his first score, Kelce delighted fans by flashing a heart-shaped hand gesture –  a move instantly recognizable to Swifties as her signature "Fearless" stage pose during the Eras Tour.

January 29th 2024: Kelce Professes His Love to Swift After AFC Championship Win

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift offered a heartwarming moment after the Chiefs' AFC Championship win. 

Their on-field embrace on the Baltimore Ravens' field was a scene straight out of a teen romance movie. The pair hugged, kissed, and exchanged whispered "I love you's," celebrating Kelce's victory and their own special connection.



January 31st 2024: Travis reveals the ‘Tayvis’ timeline

While Taylor Swift confirmed their relationship status before her September 2023 appearance at a Chiefs game, Travis Kelce revealed on The Pat McAfee Show that the romance blossomed even earlier. 

He disclosed that they had been getting to know each other for about a month before her stadium debut, meaning their connection likely began in late August or early September of 2023.

Kelce expressed his appreciation for Swift's support, stating, "I love it when Taylor comes and supports me... It's been a wonderful year."

February 11th 2024: Swift Supports Kelce at the Super Bowl

Fresh off her final Tokyo Eras Tour show, Taylor Swift made a whirlwind trip to Las Vegas to support Travis Kelce and the Chiefs at Super Bowl LVIII.  Sporting a red bomber jacket, a "87" necklace, and her iconic red lip, she arrived with a star-studded crew that included Blake Lively, Ice Spice, and Lana Del Rey. February 22nd 2024: Swift and Kelce Enjoy a Pre-Show Sydney Zoo Outing

Before her Sydney concert, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, took a laid-back trip to the Sydney Zoo. The couple fed kangaroos, snapped selfies, and enjoyed a hand-in-hand stroll with Swift's opening act, Sabrina Carpenter, also joining in on the fun.
