The case, filed by ASI Akhlaq at Orangi Town’s Iqbal Market police station, narrates that while he was engaged in official duties, he became aware of a video circulating on the social media. The video featured Taiba Maryam, daughter of Hakeem Sikandar Habib. She was brought to the police station on December 22 at noon by KE personnel.

Subsequently, KE employees Syed Ali Akbar and Fayyaz recorded a video in the police station, showcasing Taiba Maryam apologizing on her knees, which was then shared on the social media to humiliate her. The plaintiff asserts that due to the video, the girl suffered damage to her social standing and reputation.
