KARACHI:

Armed conflict among neighbours left four persons injured in Mari Goth, Bin Qasim. The injured, identified as Rafiq, Mukhtiyar, Raza Muhammad and Shah Mir, were shifted to Jinnah Hospital.

According to the police, an ongoing dispute between them turned into an armed clash.

Meanwhile, three officers of excise police were injured during a raid to arrest a drug peddler in a village of Mithi.

According to reports, excise police went to a shop and tried to arrest a person named Chhagan Thakur on the charge of selling drugs, which they considered expensive. The drug dealers and the people of the village together tortured the three officials.
