An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday extended a 14-day judicial remand of the dozens of accused persons including former governor Umar Sarfraz Cheema in a case for allegedly creating law and order, arson, anarchy and attacking Jiannah House during the May 9 riots. The police produced over 120 accused before the court after completion of judicial remand.

During proceedings, Khadija Shah also attended the proceedings through video link.
Sarwar Road police had registered the FIR under different charges after the riots.
