KARACHI:

The Sindh Police Department is set to launch a revolutionary digital app called for its employees. The official unveiling of this digital application, named “e-Sheet”, is scheduled for the upcoming week, marking the beginning of a transformative phase in police operations.

During the initial phase, the app will grant access to employees within the South Zone and Security Division. This platform will be integrated with the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) through mobile devices, enhancing operational efficiency and transparency.

According to a Sindh police spokesperson, e-Sheet will empower police employees to personally oversee various aspects of their professional lives, including transfers, postings, promotions, demotions, leaves, participation in demonstrations, disciplinary actions, training courses, family and welfare information, and other pertinent departmental updates. This innovative tool is expected to benefit over 20,000 employees in the South Zone and Security Division.

The spokesperson also revealed that the Directorate of Establishment and the IT Division will kick off training sessions related to e-Sheet on Friday, with the formal launch of the app next week.
