KARACHI: At least three people were killed and one body was recovered on Saturday as violence continued in Karachi, reported Express 24/7.

Reports revealed that unidentified gunmen opened fire on a jeep in the Gulistan-i-Johar area of the city. A person named Arham and his wife Nabeela, travelling in the jeep, were killed in the firing.

In a separate incident, a man was gunned down in the Purana Golimar area.

Meanwhile, a body, that the police say was three days old, was also recovered from a water tanker in the Sachal area of Karachi.

Three people were also killed on the second day of Eid in separate incidents of violence.

Earlier, 75 suspects were arrested from different areas of the city during search operations by law enforcement agencies aimed at curbing the ongoing violence.
