The Pakistan Army’s soldier, who embraced martyrdoms in separate incidents, at Parachinar in Kurram district (Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa) and Sambaza, area of Zhob (Balochistan) on September 28 and 29, respectively, were laid to rest on Saturday with full military honours in their related hometowns.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement that soldiers who thwarted the terrorist attacks while embracing martyrdoms were identified as Havaldar Abdul Sattar, a 36-year-old resident of Dera Ghazi Khan; Lance Naik Mohammad Adnan, a 30-year-old resident of District Tank; Lance Naik Azam Khan, a 28-year-old resident of Lucky Marwat; Lance Naik Ghairat Gul, a resident of Kurram Agency; and Sepoy Nadeem Khan, a 29-year-old resident of Kohat.

Military and civil officials, relatives of the martyrs and people from different walks of life attended the funeral prayers in large numbers.

Havaldar Abdul Sattar (age 36 years, resident of Dera Ghazi Khan), Lance Naik Muhammad Adnan (age 30 years,) who were martyred in two different shooting incidents with terrorists in Sambaza and Parachinar areas of Zhob on September 28 and 29.

“These sacrifices of our martyrs strengthen our courage and gives us determination in the war against terrorism and the blood of the martyrs will not go in vain,” the ISPR said.
