24 Punjab judges posted as OSD

Chief Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday posted 24 district and session judges as officers on special duty (OSD) while they await other billets. 

The province’s top judge issued a notification wherein the judges were directed to serve as OSD in their respective stations by September 29.

District & Sessions Judge Muhammad Ibrahim Asghar was posted as OSD at Layyah, Khalid Arshad at Khushab, Muhammad Zulfiqar Lone at Nankana, Tanveer Ahmad Sheikh at D.G Khan, Bakht Fakhar Bahzad at Lahore, Waseem ur Rehman Khan Khakwani at Rajanpur, Amjad Nazir Chaudhry at Chiniot, Muhammad Ashgar Khan at Mandi Bhahudin, Muhammad Shabir at Pakpattan, Ghaffar Mehtab at Toba Tek Singh, Ali Nawaz at Rawalpindi, Shahida Saeed at Sheikhupura, Muhammad Abbas, Muzaffargarh, Zia Ullah Khan at Jehlum, Qamar Sultan at Jhang, Rana Zahid Iqbal at Gujranwala, Muhammad Aslam Gondal at Lahore, Hamid Hussain Rawalpindi, Ejaz Ahmad Buttar at Lahore, Muhammad Sarfraz Akhtar at Sargodha, Abdul Razzaq at Rawalpindi and Amer Saleem Rana at Rawalpindi.
